There should be a better way to notify residents other than the this website that our utilities are going to be off due to repair. If someone didn't have access to the internet or even know to look on this website they wouldn't know. It's a really big inconvenience! It would be better if there was maybe a notice on doors or even a sign maybe on the streets!
